On Memorial day weekend, Sue Traynor, Norma, Brad, Trevor White and Olivia White, with the help of Aerosmith rock legend Steve Tyler and world famous artist David Brega had the good fortune of educating hundreds of people to our cause. Including the town fathers who were also in attendance. Over $400 was raised during this event. More photos below.

May, 2005 - Citizens Bank is featuring the Marshfield Bark Park Project in their bank. Canisters will be available for those who wish to make a donation.

Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005 - the Marshfield Mariner published a front page article on our project and our fundraising plans. Read the article here, but please note a few corrections:

  • We are not buying land for the park.
  • We are not considering Coast Guard Hill as a possible site.
  • We have not made any final decisions on what features the park will have, including a public bathroom.

A Marshfield Bark Park Founders photo session for the Boston Sunday Globe article was held on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Rexhame Beach. More than 30 people, adults and children, and at least that many dogs attended.

Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004 - A feature article with the founders' photo appeared in the Metro region section of the BOSTON SUNDAY GLOBE, Full Run (Circulation over 1 Million). [ Link ]
