Welcome to Cheesecakes, etc.. I've always enjoyed cooking and making desserts, and cheesecake was one of my favorites. I made many variations of the traditional plain cheesecake and tested them on family and friends, but one stood out over all the others. Everyone raved over it. Many told friends and neighbors and the next thing I had a lot of requests over the holidays for my cheesecakes. In order to keep up with orders and to expand, I knew I needed a commercial kitchen with the proper equipment.

Well, one thing led to another and now we've been in business since 1998 supplying restaurants, caterers, and many other discerning cheesecake fans with our signature desserts. Recently we moved to a larger location and now our cheesecakes are made fresh in our Weymouth, Massachusetts bakery.
